a much needed break.
spent the holiday weekend down in Escondido with my best friend. Driving back home was a little sad, I miss her already. It didn’t make it any easier that her family was pretty much awesome. kinda like what I’d wish my family were, but every time I try we can never seem to ever get to that kind of closeness that I wish we had. already needing another vacation and I just got home a couple hours ago… I try, I really do…
There comes a point in your life when you just stop wishing. It’s not because you have no hope, it’s just that you can’t have any faith in an eyelash, a time of the day, or a shooting star. You have to trust that whatever happens is meant to happen.
